TRAINING
AAB is now utilizing TRAQ by Driveline to individualize each athletes' training during facility practices. Specialized coaches will be positioned at stations throughout the facility to assist athletes with their training program. These stations include Pitching/Throwing, Hitting, Weight Room, and Skills. Every age group will also have a field practice each week.
TOURNAMENTS
8 Tournaments Total
Most tournaments are played locally in the South Bay. Our Youth divisions will play a tournament at Big League Dreams in Manteca. Our High School Teams (16u-18u) will be playing in three V Tool showcases throughout California.
COACHES
All AAB Coaches are current high school level coaches, driveline certified, or both. Prepared and professional is the motto for our coaching staff. AAB Coaches are developmentally focused and knowledgeable about all aspects of the game.
COST
Training : $300 per month
Tournaments : $100 each (Normal)
$150 each (Showcase)
Season Total: $2000 (9u-14u)
$2150 (16u-18u)
All tournament fees are collected up front
FACILITY
At our facility, San Jose Batting Cages, we can practice rain or shine. We have bullpen lanes, hitting tunnels, plyo walls, and a weight room at our disposal in the 10,000sqft training facility.
